The Atoll website and application (atoll.day) are published, on a non-professional basis, by Alan Crouau, an individual, who is also the publication director.

In accordance with article 6, III-2 of the French law for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the publisher’s address has been communicated to the host and is not published.

Hosting

The site, the application and the servers (API, database, files) are hosted by alwaysdata, 91 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France – www.alwaysdata.com.

Transactional e-mails (sign-in links and codes) are sent through Mailjet SAS, 13-13 bis rue de l’Aubrac, 75012 Paris, France.

Intellectual property

The Atoll name, the code, the texts and the game graphics are the property of the publisher, except for the elements below. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

The hex tile sprites of the map come from the Isle of Lore: Hex Tiles pack by Steven Colling, used with thanks.

Emojis are provided by OpenMoji – the open-source emoji and icon project (openmoji.org), licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Liability

Atoll is provided “as is”. The publisher makes every effort to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Atoll is a habit-tracking tool and gives no medical or health advice.
